You’re not broken — you’re stuck in a cycle. Let’s work together to change it.
Relational Therapy
Couples therapy can help you break free from conflict patterns, rebuild emotional safety, and reconnect with each other — even if you’re not sure how to begin.
Whether you’re navigating a communication breakdown, betrayal, disconnection, or the weight of daily stress, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
Does this sound like your relationship?
Approach to Couples Therapy
Do you feel like your partner doesn’t understand you? Do you feel like if you could change the other person things would be easier? Do you have the same argument over and over without feeling resolved?
Maybe you’re desperate for more emotional and sexual intimacy but don’t know how to get your needs met. Or perhaps you feel alone even when they’re right beside you.
In our sessions, we will:
Explore your relationship dynamics and identify areas for growth
Practice new ways of communicating and responding to each other
Heal past wounds that may be impacting your connection
Learn how to express and receive your emotional and sexual needs
Build a stronger, more secure foundation for your future together
In our work together, we’ll slow down the emotional patterns that keep pulling you apart — and help you understand what’s really going on underneath. Maybe one of you shuts down while the other pushes for connection. Maybe you're stuck in a loop of defensiveness, silence, or resentment.
Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), together, we’ll help you:
Understand the emotions driving your reactions and conflict
Learn how to turn toward each other instead of away
Rebuild trust after rupture or distance
Strengthen both emotional and physical intimacy
You’ll begin to recognize the cycle you’re caught in, and practice new ways of responding that feel safer, softer, and more connected. Therapy isn’t just about solving problems — it’s about helping you feel like you’re on the same team again.
Let’s create a relationship where you feel seen, valued, and loved.

I’ll meet with each partner individually for 1-3 sessions to learn more about your life experiences, history of your relationship, and what you want to work on.
Weekly Sessions
Meeting weekly, we’ll dive into how patterns and cycles keep you feeling disconnected, discover your attachment style, and learn how to better communication. These sessions are typically 75-90 minutes long.
