What to Expect

A gentle pause from the pace of everyday life. The Reset Retreat in the Yucca Valley is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself—through guided experiences, restorative space, and time to simply be.

❋ Intentional Structure

We blend guided moments, open exploration, and space to reflect—so the experience feels both focused and fluid.

❋ Collaborative Energy

Connection is a core part of the process. You’ll learn just as much from the group as from the content itself.

❋ Expert Facilitation

Led by experienced guides who know how to hold space, encourage participation, and keep things moving with purpose.

❋ A Supportive Space

Our events prioritize comfort, safety, and respect—so you can show up as you are and fully engage in the process.

The greatest gift a parent has to give a child—and a lover has to give a lover—is emotionally attuned attention and timely responsiveness.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Relational therapy for two people is 50-minutes. For sessions with three or more people, it is 80-minutes. This allows everyone enough time to share.

  • Everyone involved in therapy attends the first session. This is where we’ll talk about goals as a whole and individually. Next, I meet with each person individually for 1-2 sessions to learn more about each person’s background. After that, we all meet together moving forward.

  • I love working with adult children and their parent(s). Family therapy can be between siblings, adult children with their parent(s), teen(s) (16+) and parent(s), or blended families.

My best work is when working with topics like grief, life transitions, family dynamics with in-laws, healing familial wounds, processing trauma, and LGBTQ+ families.

  • I do not accept insurance. However, I do provide a superbill for you to use to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Please know that all superbills require a mental health diagnosis.

  • $200 per 50-minute session

    $285 per 80-minute session

  • I provide a free 15-minute phone consultation with every new client. During this call, you’ll share about what you want to work on in relational therapy and ask any questions you have for me.

Some questions I might ask are if you’ve done therapy before, what worked or didn’t work, why you want to do therapy now, and how each person will attend therapy (i.e. same room or different screens).
