I provide online therapy for all Massachusetts and Washington State residents.

In-person sessions are held in Northampton, MA.

I accept all major credit and debit cards, and cards linked to HSA/FSA accounts.

• Individual Therapy (50 mins) - $175

• Couples Therapy (50 mins) - $200

• Couples Therapy (80 mins) - $285

I do not accept insurance. However, I do provide a superbill for you to use to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Please know that all superbills require a mental health diagnosis.

I tell all my clients that the best therapy is when it’s the “right” fit. My goal is for you to feel safe, heard, valued, and encouraged.

If at any time you feel like therapy isn’t working for you, I would love to discuss if we need to adjust. I’ll try to provide referrals if it doesn’t work out.

I provide a free 15-minute phone consultation with every new client. During this call, you’ll share about what you want to work on and ask any questions you have for me.

Some questions I might ask are if you’ve done therapy before, what worked or didn’t work, why you want to do therapy now, and how each person will attend therapy (i.e. same room or different screens).

Yes, it does! I hold all my online sessions via HIPAA compliant Zoom.
